They intended to take the freeplay only and leave. The person whose name is on the card will testify they had no intention of gambling any cash. In this case they were defrauded of handing out FREE ITEMS! In essence the casino would have to declare they were defrauded of something. ![]() Even if they sent a proxy to collect them They cannot say they were robbed when those people accept the free items. The casino sends a mailer saying come down and collect free items. In fact it is in all casino promotional literature that the freeplay has "no cash value" If you collect it for them you MAY be committing fraud. The casino is offering the freeplay to the player if they abide by the terms. The Freeplay does not belong to the customer, it is the casinos money. ![]()
